Citizens of Twin City Must However, Subscribe More Money. At the final meeting: of the committees of the Welcome Home DayCelebraUon last night, all committees were together for the last time and now each committee is busy completing its own Individual work. The finance committee was not entirely satisfied with the amount of money which has been subscribed but all members are certain that they shall be able to raise the remainder of the amount in the next two days. Ir. Goldman is in no way dejected because of the shortage of funds and has great confidence in the people of the city to put the celebration across suc
cessfully. The reports of all other committees were entirely satisfactory and rromlse great things for the monster celebration. There will be no doubt left as to just how greatly the citizens fifpreciate the sacrifices of their heroes, after the celebration is over. The orchestra program will be: 1. Marcia Simponica. 2. Quartetto Rigoletto. 3. Trovator. 4. La bella del vilage. 5. Sextette Lucia. The quartette program will be: 1. Quartetto r.igoletto. 2. Sextetto Lucia. 3. Trovator. 4. Popular song's. The musical program will be at the Lake Front Tark in the afternoon until S P. M. and from 7 to U will be at the City Hall Park. Alderman Giorgio It very well satisfied with the performers he has been able to get and ey that the people of the Twin Cities will have an opportunity on Labor Day to hear the best musical program that has ever been given in Lake county. Mr. G!org:a has spared no time or ex-
pense in securing una talent and it there was any better talent to be secured he would have secured it. There remains no doubt that the music will be one of the drawing cards of the dy. The program committee met with t'r. Goldman at his office today to complete the plans for the program and at that time the entire program was arranged so that everything will go of! without a hitch when he tim comes. Dr. Goldman is doing everything In his power to get everything in f perfect order and under his leadership the celebration is sue to be a success.
