Navy Secretary Daniels extended the official welcome on behalf of the srovernment to the new Pacific fleet of the U. S. navy on its recent arrival in Pacific waters after passage through the Panama canal. He reviewed the arriving fleet at San Die?o harbor and complimented the officers and men on the splendid showing of the fleet in its trip.
