"Our understanding of this case is. that certain interests within the state of Indiana claim discrimination between the rates locally within the state of Indiana as compared with the rates lo;aliy within the state of Illinois; that the ruhlic Service Commission of Indiana hied a complaint to this effect with the I'nited States Railroad admins! ra t ion; that the United States P.ailroa 1 Administration ordered certain of its traffic committees to consider the complaint and to report their finding: fhr.t before the conclusion of such hearings the United States Railroad Admin isi rat 1 m withdrew the case from said c omra it tees and referred it to the Interstate Commerce. Commission for adv.ee and recommendation as to what.
