Hammond Firm Increases Radius With Goodyear Pneumatics "On the recommendation of the local Goodyear Service Station, and very much .jgainst the advice of my drivers and others, I equipped our two new 'Old Reliab e' trucks with Goodyear Pneumatic Cord Truck Tires. After three months of active service the radius of our business was more than doubled. "We found that with the Pneumatic Tires our efficiency was increased to such an extent that we were enabled to cover our recently enlarged terri. tory without increasing the number of our trucks. "We also found that we are able to operate our trucks on about one-third of the amount of gasoline previously used, and the cof.t of maintenance and repairs has decreased. We are replacing all of our solid equtpment as fast as it wears out with Goodyear Pneumatic Tires." MOORHEAD OIL COMPANY. Despite objections from their drivers and from many other htsius the Moorhead Oil Company followed our recommendation and equipped t of their trucks with Goodyear I'licumate-s. And, as usual, the hi-z Goodyears made i;ood protecting the trucks that speed of operation was increased and the Moorhead ("ompanv was enabled to cover twice its former territorv. Note also that even though greater demands were made upon the trucks, their operating; cest both for upkeep and for izasoline has been reduced by these easy-rolling tires. Consequently, the .Moorhead Company has decided to equip their entire fleet with Goodvear Pneumatics as rapidly as possible. To you, a similar increase of truck earnin:: power and reduction of upkeep may result from use of these tires. Surely you will want 1o know at oivo the details of your probable profit. Stop and talk with us today. Delay may mean hiss to you. Lake Co. Automobile Supply Co. Hammond, Indiana
