Hammond Firm Increases Radius With Goodyear Pneumatics "On the recommendation of the local Goodyear Service Station, and very much against the advice t of my drivers and others, I equipped our two new Old Reliable' trucks with Goodyear Pneumatic Cord Truck Tires. After three months of active service the radius of our business was more than doubled. "We found that with the Pneumatic Tires our efficiency was increased to such an extent that we were enabled to cover our recently enlarged territory without increasing the number of our trucks. "We also found that we are able to operate our trucks on about one-third of the amount of gasoline previously used, and the cost of maintenance and repairs has decreased. We are replacing all of our solid equipment as fast as it wears out with Goodyear Pneumatic Tires." MOORHEAD OIL COMPANY. Despite objections from their drivers and from many other persons the Moorhead Oil Company followed our recommendation and equipped two of their trucks with Goodyear Pneumatics. And, as usual, the big Goodyears made good protecting the trucks that Speed of operation was increased and the Moorhead Company was enabled to cover twice its former territory. Note also that even though greater demands were made upon the trucks, their operating cost both for upkeep and for gasoline has been reduced by these easy-rolling tires. Consequently, the Moorhead Company has decided to equip their entire fleet with Goodyear Pneumatics as rapidly as possible. To you, a similar increase of truck earning power and reduction of upkeep may result from rise of these tires. Surely you will want to know at once the details of your probable profit. Stop and talk with us today. Delay may mean loss to you. Lake Co. Automobile Supply Co. Hammond, Indiana
