The original committee is Frank ft. Lewis. John C. Hall. Roy E. Green. R. M. AndruB. J. J. Chilla. Mayor W. E. gchrafe and Mrs. William Koufht and Mrs. James Judeon. The meeting- was largely attended, showing that a treat amount of interest IS beina- taken in trie movement. John C. Hall presided during- th evening-, while Roy E. Green acted as secretary. The community house is to be financed by the Standard Oil Co. and Supt. Frank B. Lewia appeared for the company, making- the principal talk of th evening, voicing- the sentiment of the company In regard to the erection of this building. A committee consisting of the president of every lodge, church and other organuation in Whiting w4s appointed, it being their business to inquire and tntigate different buldings of this kind to report back to the company the kind of building desired and needed for this community. Anflrew Piwowarski. of having taken advantage of her ignorance, has filed a second suit against him. In this complaint she says that he has continued to retain possession of a coal yard formerly operated by him and her husband. In their partnership agreement it was stated that on the death of cither of them the partnership should
