Has Dismissed Wynant; Manlove and Siver as oii ficers and the company; is handling its own finances: The factory 100x400 feet; steel and brick construction of most modern type will be quickly built and put in operation. The reorganization as above stated affects the stockholders only inasmuch that it positively assures them of a big manufacturing plant, speedily erected, manufacturing the most wonderful Battery in the world and big dividends are just as sure to come as nature brings forth new life every spring.
