Dr. Brewster said that of all the 400.000.000 donated to the Red Cross, It was believed that not a renny had been misspent. All of the head officials work without pay and the costs of administration are paid from tho interest received from the funds on deposit. In closing he proposed the following toast:

The youthful heir to the British throne is thoroughly interested in America and will not confine his trip to New York and Washington, but will visit a number of cities. The prince has endeared himself to the Americans by his democratic demeanor and when he visited headquarters of the American Army of Occupation on the Rhine he enjoyed dances with a number of American Red Cross nurses.
