The staff of the Siberian army is in constant communication with the staffs of the northern army, the voluntary army in the south and General Tudinich's army. The victorious movement of Admiral Kolchak's army and the creative work enthusiastically accomplished in the rear p.-wnise the regeneration of the Russian state in th very near future." Charge Vghet paid a tribute to Czecho-Slovak troops which helped Russia "in the dark hour of Russia's national history," and he added, that the "help In arms and equipment."
