Special interest at the meeting centered uround the discussion of the shortage of farm labor. The possibility of asking the county commissioners to appropriate money for special employment of men fo be attached to the county agricultural agents' offices in several of the leading agricultural counties of the state discussed. At th. close of the meetiriR Mr. B lskirk said: "It is the intention of the commission to utilise wherever possible the facilities created by the United States Employment Strive, which wajs recently largely curtailed owing to the filibuster in the Senate at the close of the last session of Oonsress. Many of the personel in that service had had a yar or more of intensive public employment work which makes for the new employment commission of Indiana a nucleus of trained people.
