The home economics department of the Hammond Woman's Club enjojed a demonstration of unusual merit jtsterday. The demonstrators were the Misses Stark and I.ighlt'oot. two students of t lie Industrial high school. They handled their subject, desserts, with the assurance and poise of finished cooks and their demonstration reflects the highest credit on the splendid work of the domestic science department of the high school.
