q The 0-K GIANT BATTERY COMPANY desires every one to know all about its batteries and organization. No one doubts today the merits of this battery or the money-making possibilities in the manufacturing thereof. The many tests made, many of which would have ruined any other battery on the market have proved conclusively that this battery has no competition, and will undoubtedly revolutionize the battery market. The first unit of the factory will be used in the manufacture of the small rechargable dry battery, and an immediate market for this product will insure very large returns to the total capitalization, although the present stockholders are obtaining their stock on the basis of the $600,000 capitalization. Many false statements have been made in reference to the methods of financing and the patents, and these we wish to correct. Five patents have been applied for covering the containers and plates and a prior conception patent obtained on the formula. The patent attorneys and the Company's attorney are looking after the company's interest in this line and we believe we are fully protected for the present. FLAN OF ORGANIZATION The Company has 200,000 shares of stock. The two inventors were paid 1 1 0,000 shares of stock for their patents and formulas, and any improvements or any additional patents along this line are to revert to the company. For this 1 10,000 shares the Company became the absolute owner of all rights, title and interest that these gentlemen now have to either the containers, plates or the formulas, and any additional improvements or patents. We believe that in paying this amount we have received full value. The remaining 90,000 shares of treasury stock was purchased by Mr. Wynant, and in payment thereof he is rendering his services in assisting them in selecting a site and organizing tne company; and in addition thereto, he is to furnish the land and factory building and $150,000 working capital. With the expenses incident thereto, the stock will post Mr. Wynant close to $3.00 per share. Mr. Wynant, desiring to be fair with the Gary people and give the small stockholders a chance to get in right on this stock at $3.00 per share, and those buying the first block of stock at $3.00 per share, and those buying stock at that price will receive as good a bargain as Mr. Wynant. MANAGEMENT CThe management of this Company is in the hands of a Hoard of Directors, which at the present time consist of the five following gentlemen: Paul B. Rabe, B. IT. Krafft, "Wilbur Wnant, (Jeore II. .Manlove and K. h. Siver. Tliis Hoard will be increased from time to time from the stockholders until we have fifteen members on this Board, and in the increasing of this Board the stockholders will be consulted. FUTURE MANAGEMENT . While the two inventors own a little more than half of the stock, they realize that ihe other stockholders of the Company should have protection in the election of officers and dire-tors in the future, so they have placed b'0.000 shares of their stock in the hands of a votinu trust, which is composed of the following three gentlemen besides the two inventors: Wilbur Wynant, (Jeorge II. Manlove and K. L. Siver so the voting of their stock is in the hands of live people instead of two. The stock purchased bv Mr. Wvnant. which will be in the hands of small tockhohlers, will have the full power of voting at each stockholders' meeting. THE THREE DOLLAR PRICE IS STILL ON ' C Owing to some fal?e statements circulated in reference to the condition of our patents and organization, undoubtedly a great many people in Gary who desire to purchase at least a small block of stock have waited until these matters were cleared up, and in justice to them, we are again opening the sale for a VKW DAYS ONLY. We will n-ivr. tbee nconle a chance to imrchase at o.OO t er share. We will limit the amount of this offering to 10,000 shares, which with the, monev alreadv raised will give
us some working capital to begin the manulacture
The balance of the stock will be offered at soujc future time.
THE PUBLIC AND STOCKHOLDERS INVITED tEach dav we will manufacture some batteries at 17 Broadway, and all stockholders and the general public are Invited to eoiue in and investigate for themselves.
