To Avoid 2nd Relieve Influenza BY DR. FRANK I.I X DL'ANE. Many people have been frightened by what they have read or beard of in-, fiuenza. The more you fear the disease, the surer you are to get it. Go right about your business and forget it. As the disease is spread principally by contact thru sneezing, coughing or spitting, many health authorities have advised that everyone wear a gauze, which is daily washed and saturated with a one to live hundred solution of zinc sulphate in water, and then dried before wearing over tne r.ose and mouth. You should avoid crowds, common drinking cups and public towels. Keep your strength up by taking lots of exercise in the open air and plenty of nourishing food. If you li'ive any of such symptoms a chilliness, nasal obstructions. flushed face, l.iadah. f.-verishness. restlessness, weakness, or irritating cough, give up work at once mil go to bed. This will jivp your strrnath to help overcome the disease. Put your feet in hot
water for fifteen minutes. Thoroughly loosen the bowls with some such mild and non-irritating physic ns Dr. Pierce's Pleasant Pellets. Irink principally of hot lemonade ami then cover up with .bnt of clothes ill. bed so as to get a good swe(. win n sweating. is free and the fever reduced take a dose of two Annric Tablets every four hours, followed by drinking at least a glass or two of hot water. Anurie. Tablets help quickly ,,, rf.',ioe the' soreness of the muscles and bones from which most palients complain' and help the kidneys flush out the poisons. To relieve nasal (destructions and exressivo discharge from the nose, probably nothing is better than such a m'ld. soothir.c. antiseptic wash as Dr. Bute's Catarrh Remedy. It will give great relief. Employed as a gargle, in same strength as made u" for use; in the nose, and as hot as can le borne, it ejuioklv arrests soreness and dryness in th? hroat. Influenza weakens the patient's resistance to disease, so ...at there is clanger of bronchitis ami pneumonia developing, To ,). liat this tendency and fortify the patient s strength insist that lie keep in bed at least two clays. Probably nothing will at this stage hasten the recovery and strengthen the patient more than an Irontoic tablet called "Irositic" or that well known herbal tonic. Dr. Pierre's Golden Medical Discovery, which has been used by thousands in the past two generations. Adv.

Put Seme of Your Money in This Mighty New Industry Any thinking, wide-awake man or woman who reads the daily newspapers knows that every dollar invested now in a good motor truck stock such as the Gary is an extraordinary profit opportunity. Don't wait two or tbree years until the motor truck industry has been fully developed don't wait until big dividends are being paid and the price of motor truck stocks have gone sky high and then try to buy from our share owners who will demand a big advanced price for each share and it will be worth it. Why should motor truck stocks earn such big profits and double and treble in value? The answer is simple. Railway and waterway transportation lines must be relieved of their congestion and the only way to relieve this congestion is by building and putting into service thousands more motor trucks. The manufacturing facilities for producing motor trucks is already overburdened the demand greatly exceeds the supply and this
WATCH US GROW WITH GARY
demand is increasing daily. Great corporations, manufacturers in all lines of industry, as well as farmers, are buying the Gary and then coming back and buying more. There is a liberal profit on each Gary Truck and by helping to furnish the capital for increasing our production and sales, you can get a share of the profit made on each Gary Truck. New Factory Additions Now Used to Increase Production Look at the illustration at the bottom of this page. , Note the nevf additions to our factory. A great part of these new additions are now completed and are being used to increase our production to manufacture and ship MORE GARY TRUCKS on cur orders and thus increase our profits. We have sold in advance all we can possibly build. We can sell all the additional Gary Trucks we will be able to build because of our increased manufacturing facilities. Some truck manufacturers build one model others two or three but ' comparatively few build an entird line like the Gary, which con
sists of five models of different capacities, 1-ton, 1-ton, 2-ton, 2-ton and 3-ton. The largest and most important Distributors and Dealers everywhere are writing and wiring for more Gary Trucks. They know from experience that with the Gary Line they will not lose sales they will have a Gary Truck of the right capacity to satisfy every demand. That's why our sales contracts on hand today more than absorb our entire production. And in purchasing Gary Stock remember this, it is important. Gary Trucks never fail to give absolute and complete satisfaction to the owner: When a great corporation or manufacturer buys a few Gary Trucks they invariably order more later. Experts in the service of the biggest corporations now give preference to Gary Trucks and specify them regularly. Fortunate Owners of Motor Truck Stock Reaping Big Profits The hundreds of rrien and women who are today receiving in profits large sums of money paid to them regularly in the form of divi
dends, did not have any "inside information" or "tips" when they bought their motor truck stock. They simply believed in the motor truck industry and its future. THEY HAD THE COURAGE TO ACT AND DID NOT DELAY. They decided to accept the same profit opportunity we are offering you today then they did not put the matter off until it was too late they bought their stock AT. ONCE. This entire page could be filled with the names of these fortunate motor stock owners. Bit we will only mention one or two instances. It is reported that $1,0C0 invested seven years ago in Federal Motor Truck Co. stock has returned the investor $78,732.00. Think of it! $78,782.00 from a $1,003 investment. We are informed that $200 invested just before the war in the stock of the Four Wheel Drive Co., Clintonville, Wis., has paid $5,600 in dividends and this $200 worth of Shares is now worth between $9,000 and $10,000. Read on the next page your opportunity to invest in our Reservation Stock and by acting at once save $2.50 per Share.
