Fred Allen, proprietor 'of a barber shop on State street, has been made defendant In a suit for divorce filed by Mattie Allen through Attorneys McMahon & Conroy in which she alleges cruel, brutal ami inhuman treatment. She asks $1000 alimony.

Ywanow, her mother, is the plaintiff in a suit for damages filed in the superior court by Attorney John M. Stinson against Meyer Beronoft. Indiana Harbor. The complaint alleges that Eeronoff, riding a horse, ran over the child. A' fractured skull and a dislocated shoulder were sustained by the child, rt is stated.
