Production survey questionnaire which will be officially distributed and must be filled out when a particular survey is ordered. These will give the necessary information both by industries and by cotnmunities. These surveys are authorized try the War Industries Board, the Emergency Fleet Corporation, the Railroad Administration, the Food Administration, War Navy Housing Corporation and the Department of Iabor for the purpose of enabling all procurement departments through the War Industries Board to place war contracts in auch a manner as to staballze industries and prevent the unnecessary transportation and movement of labor. This survey should benefit every city In your state and this action by the government should have the widest possible support.
