Germany Declares Her Intention of Occupying the Country of Bulgaria LONDON, Oct. 3. Turkey has notified Germany that she intends to propose peace to the allies, a Zurich dispatch today declared. Germany is said to have replied at scrr.e length, partly in a menacing and partly in a pleading tone. Turkey's decision is believed imminent. The dispatch says that Germany has declared her intention of occupying Bulgaria. A Central News dispatch from Paris states on the contrary that the Turkish ministerial consul has decided to maintain the alliance with Germany and Austro-Hungarv .
