S. Fuel Administration regarding the wasteful methods of handling gasoline and oil and gives it space: "There is no desire to put the country on a fuel ration but it is necessary that all users discontinue all wasteful uses of fuel oil, gasoline, kerosene and ail other oil products. "Motorists should net run their engines when the car is not in motion. They should avoid overfilling tanks and see that no oil or gasoline is spilled or allow :Q to leak.
