iRv 1'xiTF.ri flits?. By CARE GROAT. WASHINGTON'. June !!.-r.Mrn-ment authorities cautioned today iittiiiist over-optimism as a result of the report of Austrian strike-peace demonstrations and food riots. Though the slate departments have reports showing unsatisfactory fool conditions and contiderable unrest it is pointed out that these reports have rreeeeded every Teuton offensive so far. According to information here the Austrians are dissatisfied with the slowprogress in the Italian drive and it is said nothing short of a victory there will prevent serious troubles. Tast experiences show the Teutons manufacture strike stories to belittle the efforts of their enemy. Austria is .tied so close by Germany that nothing short of a great upheaval would permit her to escape.
