ilETIGS ARRANGED

The night of April 5 has been suggested by County Chairman Hay of the Liberty Loan campaign committee aa the proper time to start enthusiasm for tho great drive. It Is suggested that all over the county watch meetings be held the evening of this date and that parades and patriotic meetings be held on Saturday, April f. In Many counties these steps already have been taken end Lake counjy is now making plans to this end. These w atch .meetings are to be held In private homes, in churches, in schools. In lodges and other rlaces of public gatherings. The singing of patriotic songs and the offering of prayer for the success of this war and the third liberty loan will be the central themes. It has been suggested also that messengers ride throughout the country districts and the city streets os Paul Revere rods more than 100 years ago to awaken the country side to the fact that America faces a danger which may de
