Beginning tomorrow no commodities may be exported or imported except by special license. Thie was deemed necessary to give all available products to war supply. ' Its aelcption involves delicate diplomatic questions through curtailment cf neutral as well as American commerce. The crder will be enforced through the war trade board and the treasury department. It does not mean embargo but regulation. The importation order which includes all articles in foreign conuuerce will net interfere except for the war.
