Trancla, city clerk, who re-elected on the Hedges' ticket, at the city hall and their visit to the clerk's office after closing hours gave rise tc all kinds of cpurt rumors. Between 5:0 ann 5:40 p. m. yesterday it is stated that Judge Oreenwald and Clerk rrancis entered the east door of the city hall, went to the second floor and proceeded to the clerk's office and then entered. Ail of the ballots are kept in the vs.ult in the clerk's office, the law giving- the custody the ballot! and tally sheets for six months alter the election.
