Indiana, on the 23rd day of July, 1917. adopted Declaratory Resolution Number Two Thousand Seventy-four (207 4) for the construction of a sewer to lie known as LOCAL SEWER NUMBER SEVENTYTWO (72). The location of said sewr and the size and kind are as follows: Beginning at the manholn at the intersection of the Center lines of Fortysecond Avenue and Alley Six 6) West; thence South with a Twelve (12") inch Vitrified Tile Sewer, a. distance 'of 490.75 feet to the Center line of the. Alley North of Forty-third Avenue. Also, beginning at a point on the Center line of the Alley North of Fortythird Avenue, 32.58 feet East of the East line of Jackson Street; thence East on the Center line of said Aliey, with a Twelve (12") inch Vitrified Tile Sewer, a distance of 208 feet. The cost of, said construction shall be assessed as special benefits to the abutting and benefitted property to be paid in cash or in ten annual installments where assessments exceed Ten (10.00) Dollars with interest on deferred payments at the rate of six (6) per cent per annum, all in accordance with "An Act Concerning Municipal Corporations" approved March 6th, 1905, and all ats amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto.
