Lake County, Indiana. under Declaratory Resolution Number Nineteen Hundred Sixty-three (1963) adopted on the 9th day of April, 1917, by the Board of Public Works. Said sewer is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Center line of Aliey Number Two (2) East. Twentyone (21') feet South of the South line of Twenty-third Avenue; thence North on the Center line of Alley Number Two (2) East with a Twelve (12") inch Vitrified Tile Sewer, a distance of 679.0 feet in the City of Gary, Lake County. Indiana. Said Assessment Roll contains the names of the owners and description of property to be assessed, with the amounts of the preliminary or primary assessment against each lot or parcel of land abutting on and benefitted by snld sewer, and is on file and can be seen at the office of the Board of Public Works and the City Clerk in the City Hall,' Gary, Lake County, Indiana. On the 30th day of July, 1917, at Nine o'clock A. M, the Board of Public Works will meet in its office in the City Hall to hear and receive remonstrances against thl amounts assessed against each of said lots and parcels of land and will hear and determine the question as to whether the same have been benefitted or will be specially benefitted by said improvement in the amounts set forth in said roll, and will then give a hearing to all persons interested, and thereafter sustain or modify said assessment and will determine such other matters as are required by law.
