Biscoe of Warsaw, whose computation is based upon the lntensity of radiation for individual wave-length in the solar spectrum as obtained with the spectro-bolometer at the Smithsonian nstrophjsical observatory. ' He pets an average of 7,300 degrees plus 10t degrees Centigrade.
