Biscoe of Warsaw, whose computation is based upon the littensity of radiation for individual wave-length in the solar spectrum as obtained with the spectro-bolometer at the Smithsonian astrophysics I observatory. IIo gets an average of 7,300 degrees plus 100 degrees Centigrade.
