NO REASON FOR DEATH.
Coroner J. A. Graham considered the theory that the foreigner died of fright. He said that the post-mortem failed to fshow any reason for the death. Any movement to, revoke the license of the Hammond Medical Specialists will have to he started by securing a required number of affidavits of clients of the concern, or former clients, and these upon being forwarded to the state board of medical examination would constitute a complaint. The board would consider the evidence and act accordingly.
Hammond has boon unfit for dritikinir for more than a week, being discolored and very dirty. Complaints of stomach and bowel troubles which are attributed to the conditon of the water. There is a w id' -spread epidemic of ihis ailment.

A BIG OPPORTUNITY. There is a great opportunity in Hammond at present for a high class h.ote! with no less than a hundred -ind flTt; rooms with bath. The present hotels turn away scores of applicants for rooms every night. The lack of accommodations drives thousands of people into Chicago every year, the great part of these being motorists who would stay over night here, leave their cars at one of the garages and spend money in other ways. A bip hotel is the hallmark of a city. Lafayette has its Fowler, South Bend the Oliver, Gary the Oary, and Hammond several good small hotels, but none of sufficient size.
