Kept Apart, Howtrer. The dinner was given by Health Inspectors Frank Hubinger and. T. M. Porter, who now and then stage little affairs to which they invite officialdom. In view of Judge Charles E. Greenwald's military strategy the Judge dodged all but one bullet fired at him in a row in his courthouse a few days ago he km made toastmaster. Mayor R. O. Johnson sat at another table and
ex-City Attorney W. F. Hodges and his adherents at another. At another table was President H. S. Norton of the Commercial club, who on Mr. Hodges' motion recently named a commission to make the mayor keep step." And at another table was Dr. T. J. Toner and H. F. McCracken. the only democrats present, and both stated to have their eye on the mayoralty nomination. Due to Judfre Greenwald's tact he had no mixup with other candidates nor did Mr. Johnson lock horns with Messrs. Hodges and Norton. They were all just as nice to one another as boarding school girls can be. The evening was delightfully spent and political fig-hting was again resumed this morninr.
