To Whom It May Concern: You are hereby notified that the Assessment Roll in the matter of the improvement of Eder's Addition local sewer, constructed along a line six feet west of the east line of Hink Street and Highland Street facing lots two to twenty inclusive, in Eders Addition to the City of Hammond. Indiana, and connecting with the Detroit Street local sewer at the west line of Hink Street. By constructing therein a twelve-inch vitrified socket pipe local sewer with four manholes, and nineteen of six-inch by twelve-inch house junctions, in the City of Hammond, County of Lake and State of Indiana, has been prepared by order of the Board of Public AS'cjrks of said City, and that the same is now on file in the office of said Board for public examination and inspection, and that the said assessment roll contains the names of all property owners affected thereby and the respective amounts assessed against each lot or tract of land for said Improvement, and that by resolution said Board has fixed the 5th day of January, 1917, at ten o'clock a. m., in the office of the Board of Public Works in the City Hall of said City as the time and place for hearing remonstrances and objections from all persons affected thereby as to the special benefits derived therefrom and assessed against said respective lot on said assessment roll, and that said Board will after said hearing and examination, confirm or modify each respective assessment as made, provided that it finds that said property affected thereby Is benefited in said respective, amounts.
