BURFORD CINCHES CONTRACT AGAIN (Special to Thb Times.) Crown Point, Ind.. Dec. 17. A special meeting of the county commissioners was held to make the annual award for the stationery contract. Burford & Co., of Indianapolis, the biggest stationery concern in Indiana, submitted the only bid and received the contract. All bids are made by the quire for the hundred or more forms of ruled papers and records that are required in the various county offices and Institutions, and where noressary these forms come In found book form. The letting of this contract was the only office business the commissioners had on hand to-day. he balance of the afternoon was spent In going over various newly paved highways, and the probabilities are that the same thing will be done tomorrow, too.
