ELECTRIC LIGHT MAKES HAPPY HOMES $T 'All classes admit the truth of this statement. Tungsten electric lamps place electric lighting -within easy reach of all classes. 'A Tungsten gives the same amount of light as a carbon filament lamp for one-third as much money three times as much light for the same money or three times as many hours burning of a single lamp for the same amount of money. This great economy in consumption of electricity brings electric lighting within easy reach of everyone. Stop at our stores, and inquire about these lamps and about our house wiring rates, or ask us to send a representative. airaffif El! Go. Hammond, Whiting, E. Chicago, Ind. Har.

Baksh's story of a Mohammedan boy, his own father. Mr. Haksh wins the sympathy of his hearers by his earnestness and makes his appeal along the Jlne of common sense and a "square 'deal" in religion as well as in other things. He says that those who live in this Chris tlan land without paying allegiance to and serving the Christ who made such a civilization possible are "moochers" In other words spongers, parasites. Mr, Baksh has lived in a non-Christian land and says we, born and reared in this country have so many comforts, all due to Christian civilization that we do not stop to think or we would want to help along this Christian civilization by accepting Jesus Christ and then being more than Christian in name. Is a well known fact, but when we realize that it Is also Indirectly responsible for many of the warst casts of catarrti and consumption, we appreciate the importance of any agent that will destroy its power. We arc. therefore, particularly pleased to give herewith the prescription which an eminent scientist states he has found, after repeated tests, to completely destroy the dandruff germ in from one to three i appTicaTions. It will also almost imi mediately stop falling hair and it has tn numerous cases proaucea a new hair-growth after years of baldness. This prescription can be made up at home, or any druggist will put It up for you: 6 ounces Bay Rum, 2 ounces Lavona de Composee. one-half drachm Menthol Crystals. Mix thoroughly and after standing for half an hour it Is ready for use. Apply night and morning, rubbing Into the scalp with the nnger-tlps.
