Notice is hereby given to the citi
zena of Hammond, North Township,
Lake County, and State of Indiana, that the undersigned, C. W. Zahn. Is a male inhabitant and resident of the
said City, Township. County and State
and over the age of twenty-one years.
That he has resided In the State of
Indiana for more than one year and in
the City of Hammond, North Township and State of Indiana for more than six months prior to the date of this notice
and is a qualified voter thereof: that
he is a citizen of the United States of
America and a man of good moral
character; that he will apply to the Roard of County Commissioners at Crown Point, Lake County, Indiana, on the first Monday In September, 1913, the same being the 1st day of September, 1913, for a renewal of a license to sell Intoxicating, spiritous, vinous and malt liquors in less quantities than five gallons at a time and permit the same to be drank upon the premises where sold, said license being heretofore granted by the Board of Commissioners on the 2nd day of September, 1912, and issued by Charles Johnson.
