of the two. Meanwhile Haynes had

skirted the village and was wandering In a circle hoping to find a road that would lead to South Bend. Careful inquiries at a farm house found him the right road and he was hurrying into Indiana when, the deputy overtook him.

The funeral will take place from tho family home, 2521 Cedar street at :30

o'clock the remains being placed aboard the 9:18 Lake Shore train for Chi

cago. The funeral will be In charge of

(Jodie Br&man was born 17 years

ago In Europe and had lived in East! Chicago and Indiana Harbor for nine

years. He attended the East Chicago high school having passed out of the second year of the course at the close

of the last term.

He is survived by four brothers and

two sister, besides his parents. They I are: Ruth, Flora, Rose and Helen and j

Milton and Jake Braman.
