Capt. H. S. Norton, senior warden of Christ Episcopal church, today announced that the Steel City Home Building company has been awarded the contract for the erection of the Christ church rectory. Bush of Reynolda, Ind.. president of the In. diana League of Postmasters of the Third and Fourth Classes, arrived here yesterday and opened headquarters at a hotel for the ninth annual conven tion of the league which opens today in the city hall. This afternoon the visiting postmast era will register and obtain badges, At 1:30 o'clock the convention will be called to order by President Bush and the Rev. Alexander Sharp, pastor of the Presbyterian church, will offer prayer. A welcome address will be made by Charles S. Barnaby, mayor of this city. The response will be made by John T. Clapp, postmaster of Beech Grove. President Bush will give hi annual address and A. G. Taylor, of Creston. will give his report as secre tary-treasurer. Following the ap pointment of committees, Charles O. Barry, of Walkery,- la., president of the National League of Postmasters, will extend the greetings of that order The rest of the afternoon will be tak en up by addresses from John L.
