OLD LIVERPOOL GRAVEYARD MOVED The moving of a graveyard Is almost unheard of, but such ha occurred in Hobart township within the past week. The old graveyard northeast of Liverpool that was used for depositing bodies in the palmy days of the first county seat. Is no more. By legal steps through permission of relatives and the state authorities the Earls brothers are exhuming all the bodies, placing the remains in new boxes and reburylng them In the Hobart cemetery. There were about two dozen bodies buried there, a number being of the Zuvers and Warchus families. Scarcely anything remains of the longtime burled bodies, mostly a few bones that quickly decay when admitted to the air. The work of removal is being done under the direction of Undertaker Wild and George Smith, being assisted by Fred Schmidt.

The old burying ground was located on a high sand hill and the Earles are excavating and selling the sand from the hill in that vicinity, thus the necessity of removing the bodies. Hobart Gazette.

LIGHTNINGSTRIKES SAFE Huntington, Ind., June 21. Lightning last night struck a safe in a Wells-Fargo express wagon and rendered Arthur Barker unconscious. Barker was sitting on the safe, and for a while he was thought to be dead. Neither his body nor his clothes was burned. A number of small' packages in the wagon had wrappers 'torn from them. The city was in darkness four hours last night because an electrical 'storm put the light and fuel plant out of commission. Lightning burned cut the switchboard.
