paid Mrs. Ohgloom, as she sat on the window sill trying to get a breath of fresh air. That old coal range with its continuous heat makes life almost unbearable these hot days. Then look at my kitchen with all the coal, dirt and ashes. I certainly am going to buy one of those new Cabinet Gas Ranges, like Mrs. Oh joy has next door. She bought it from the Gas Company on easy terms, paying $5 down and $2.50 a month. Mrs. Ohjoy told me the other day that it is the best Gas Range she has ever seen. It has a perfect Baking Oven. The glass oven door enables her to see into the oven and watch the progress of her baking without opening the door. There is a large Broiling Oven .directly below this Baking Oven. Besides there is a dandy Warming Closet on top to keep her dishes warm. She can cook as much on her Gas Range as I can on this coal range because her range has such a large Top Burner Cooking Surface. All she has to do is to turn a cock, light the burner and her fire is ready for cooking. No coal or ashes to bother with. Gas is certainly the cheapest and best kitchen fuel. Meet me at the Gas Office and let us buy one of these $35.00 ranges on easy terms.
