beautifully & group of songs, among them "O, Tromlse Me," "Ave Maria" and
'O, Salutaris." The bride's ilster, Miss Mabel Sherby served as maid of honor and her two brothers, Edward and
Joseph Sherby ushered. The groom
was attended by John Olll, who acted
as best man at the ceremony. The
bridal gown was a beautiful one of white crepe vollle trimmed with duchess lace. Her veil fell from a Juliette cap of lace caught with lilies of the valley. She wore a corsage bouquet of lilies of the valley and white sweet peas. The bride will travel In a pretty tailored suit of blue ratine with which she will wear a white panama hat. Miss Sherby wore a dainty and pretty gown of white voille and shadow lace. She wore a white plumed hat. Her flowers were pink sweet peaa and lilies of the valley. The 'wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride's parents in Truman' ayenue. Only the immediate relatives were guests at the breakfast which was served at eleven o'clock. Twenty-five covers were laid. The table appointments were very dainty and prettily ,carried Out In the bridal colors of white and pink. Pink peonies were used profusely in the decoration of the living room and dining room. Mr. and Mrs. Dorsey will leave on
their wedding trip today. They will; visit in Detroit. Mich.." Chatham, Ontv and other Canadian points. They expect to be absent from Hammond ten days or two weeks. They have a pretty home in Hickory street which they will occupy after their return from the east. Mr. and Mrs. Dorsey are well known in Hammond's younger set and have a large circle Of friends. They have received many pretty and valuable wedding gifts. Mrs. Dorsey is the youngest daughter ot Mr. and Mrs. John Sherby of 'Truman avenue and
