Mrs. P. W. Meyn opened her beautiful home in Glendale Park yesterday afternoon for the meeting of the Ladies' Aid Society of St. Paul s Luth-

ern church. The afternoon was spent

in tbe usual way of the society with needle work and muBlc after which

supper was served. The tables were decorated very prettily with flowers

and greenery. The. next meeting of the society will occur in two weeks on

the afternoon of June 4th at the home of Mrs. Helen Beiriger, 47 Condit street.

CELEBRATES ANNIVERSARY.

Mrs. David Nichols entertained the

teachers of the Irving School at a twelve -o'clock dinner Monday at her home at the corner of Hoffman and Cedar streets. The party celebrated

the sixth birthday anniversary of her little daughter, Violet. Fifteen covers were laid. The luncheon table was
