LAWYERS GET A BIG JUDGMENT

Attorneys Moran & Dyer, representing Charles B. Alexander, have, secured judgment for 131,600 and $900 attorneys' fees against the Calumet Co., a concern said to be owned by Albert Da ' Witt Ersklne. The foreclosure is the result of the failure of the Baldwin Locomotive works to build Its plant as soon as was at first expected. At the time the Bald
