A good crowd was present last night at the installation of officers of the Lady Maccabees which took place in
K. of P. hall. While the ceremony was not a public one, every member, however, was privileged to bring one guest and many availed themselves of the oportunlty to bring a friend. During the evening Mrs. J. A.. Patterson installing officer, Mrs. Max Glass the newly Installed Lady Commander and Mrs. Minnie Battle, captain of the guard were each presented with a beautiful hand-painted plate by the organization. When the Installation and presentation ceremonies were over, lunch was served after which the evening's entertainment was concluded with a good old-fashioned square dance, Mrs. Wall
