He was on his way to the northwest and there wera not two people In the locality who knew that the famous Rockefeller whom sleuths have been trying to nab for a year waa In Hammond. Plana will be considered at Washing ton tomorrow for the arrest of William Rockefeller, who is still eluding service of a subpoena from the Pujo money trust investigating committee. BILL FOR 13 JURORS DRAWfUnEIIATOR Indiana Politician Will In troduce His Measure in Legislature. Auburn, Ind., Jan. 2. A bill providing for thirteen jurors instead of twelve, patterned after the California law, and a bill providing that petitions for divorce shall be on file sixty days before a hearing .are two measures SenatorElect Glenn Van Auker of this city will Introduce at the coming session of the state legislature. Mr. Van Auken has been court reporter for several years in the Thirtyfifth Judicial circuit, comprising Dekalb and Steuben counties, and by observation he has become convinced the bills he proposes are good. The Jury bill, he believes, will prevent mistrials, delays, etc, and the other bill will prevent the 'railroading'TSf divorce cases. Mr. Van Auken says he favors moving picture shows. "In my Judgment," he says, "there is less harm in Sunday picture shows than in Sunday baseball, and I shall support such a bill if it is Introduced." Articles of Incorporation. Articles of Incorporation have been filed with the secretary of state as fol. lows: Alexander & Courtney Undertaking Company. Clinton; capital, $10,000; directors, Frank G. Courtney, J.
