superintendent of construction Robert Stuart of the Worden . Allen company arrived in East Chicago yesterday to start work on the construction of the

Champion Rivet company's plant at Forsyth avenue and 151st street. Mr. Stuart who was in charge of the construction of the Hubbard Steel plant two years ago, will remain here and he Is now at work getting together- his tools and his men preparatory to starting building operations at the earliest possible moment. For tbe present, only one building will be constructed, the structure and ts equipment to cost 1200,000. The Worden Allen Co.'s part of the contract is a $100,000 one and the balance will go to make, .up the cost of machinery etc. . ' . j The building is to- be of steel con

struction and will be 400 by 00 feet In dimensions and one tsory in height. It will be built in the shape of three sides of an oblong, with a narrow court runnln gdown the. middle. Its location will

be on the south side of the . property about midway East and West. Much

of the switch trackage has already been laid, the Indiana Harbor Belt line, and the E. J. & E. already having their switches built, while the B. & O. Chicago terminal is at work on Its switch connections. The building Is expected to-be completed before the first of the year.

Those Who Have Moved From Precinct Have Certain Tilings to Do.

Tomorrow the second registration of voters will be held in every precinct in the county, and every voter who expects to vote this fall, or who has changed his place of residence since his last registration must register. There is another opportunity to register in October, but the more convenient time is tomorrow. Naturalized citizens are advised - to bring at least their first papers to the registration places, as the inspectors may in the first place Insist on .this, and as this will have trouble for Ihe voter. : The registration places will be open from 6 a. m. until 6 p. m.. Voters who registered In-May and have since then moved out ef their precinct, as well as thoee who registered In the wrong precinct, must procure from the county auditor a certificate of change which must be presented to the registration officials.
