years ago, which has kept the kidney In good health since, can be relied upon to perform the same work In other rases. Read this: Mrs. Maggie Heckleman, 414 Truman avenue, Hammond, Ind.. says: "For years I suffered from .kidney disease and lameness across my loins. At times I had severe attacks of backache and there was a dull, dragglng-down pain through my kidneys. My back was weak and in the morning when I got up, I felt so tired and languid I coull hardly begin my housework. Whenever I caught cold. It settled on my kidneys and made my condition worse. One day a friend advised me to try Doan's Kidney Pills and I accordingly got a, box , at Summers' Pharmacy. I soon found prompt relief and I continued to Improve until I was cured. I am now enjoying good health." (Statement given Maroh 4, 1907.) A Second Statement. On Feb. 19, 1910 when Mrs. Heckleman was interviewed, she said: "I atill think highly of Doan's Kidney Pills. I am pleased to confirm all I have ever aid about this remedy." For sale by all dealers. Price 50 cents. take advantage of the One Hundred and Fifty-first street bridge over the canal; the Green Line proposes to build extensions that will loop East

Chicago and Indiana Harbor and furn

ish service to the entire territory. But the Gary & Interurban, the Gavlt line, has ambitions in this territory. It has secured a franchise n Hammond over Kennedy avenue and comes up from Its main line between Hammond and Gary with proposed extensions to Indiana Harbor. Indiana Harbor apparently favors the Gavlt line, although It Is not antagonistic to the Green Line. The Gavlt line Is projected northward on Kennedy avenue to Chicago avenue where It proposes to lay a third track along side of the two tracks of the South Shore lines. Gavlt would run along Chicago ave

nue to Parish avenue where he turns north to One Hundred and Forty-fifth

street, the north boundary of the site

of the Baldwin Locomotive works.

He desires to run northward on Cedar street, opposite which the gat?s of the Baldwin plant are to be built, to Guthrie street, and then out on Wat-

He also plans an extension westward
