MRS. HANS L. ANDERSON AND CHILDREN. WOMANIS FOUND
WITHSAD STORY Following a city-wide search for the unknown woman whom it was thought was selling worthless tickets to many South Hohman street residents last week, was located by the police yesterday, who found her in destitute circumstances. Her name was learned to be Mrs. Ssuster and she resides at the corner of Chicago and Ash street. The tickets which she was selling for 25 cents apiece were on a raffle for a 15 gold piece and the money she obtained was to be liscd, in taking her back, to her native home, Italy, where a son and daughter live. The $5 gold piece was donated by Dr.
Ostrewski of Douglas and State Line street, and all the tickets she sold was to be accounted for and turned over
to him and with the proceeds she will be sent back to her native land. Something like $17 has already been
subscribed and it will be necesasry to raise about $60 for transportation. She is very feeble and is about 70 years Old. A son with whom she resided died about a year ago from cancer and since
that time she has been wholly dependent on herself. . - Patients Recovering. -
