The state's staff will be Mr. Greenwald, Mr. Lorlng, Samuel Tarker of South Bend. W.- S. Hodges, of Gary and former United Slates District Attorney Elmer Sellers ( consulting)' of Monticello. T. B. Dean may be arrested on the charge of -signing a false affidavit rather than one of a charge of perjury. Prosecutor Greenwald did not say whether he had seen the affidavit.
