It la difficult to overestimate the harm that month breathing; does. The girl who breathes thronsh her mouth doubtless considers that she has merely formed a bad habit. She gives It no mere serious thought than to hope ahe does net snare. Bnt it Is a habit that If continued, will sorely lead to disease. Net amir does it brlng; wnoa on the annoyance of a dry, Irritated throat, It also plays havee with one's looks. The arirl who la a habitual mouth-breather Is prone to have a sallow-leaden complexion, yes that lack: lustre, skin that la heavy and rough, mrrinkles and nerves, not to mention a brain that la sufficiently nourished. The digestive organs, the lungs, the muscles, the heart and the skin are all bound to suffer from the effect of bad breathing, it is aaid that even one's teeth are damaged by It. To breathe properly is one of the most important functions vre have to perform. . If we fall in this then the entire body suffers In consequence. The whole of respiration la not contained In the mere taking of air Into the lungs and then breathing It out again. Oaee the air reaches thelunga the , oxygen , Is distributedthrough their lining, and taken op by the blood, which carries this life-giving food to every cell la the body. Then all impurities are thrown off In the expired air.
