Special programs will be printed for the occasion. Each of the dances will be named after a star or a constellation. A lunch will be served in the ballroom some time during the night.
Yawns Will Be Coetly. Any one caught yawning will have to pay a f orfeigt. Any one caught drooping their eyelids will be fined in proportion to the enormity of the crime. Any one caught sleeping will give a heavy fine and any one who goes home will be barred from the next Halley party, which will be held seventy-eight years hence. It is expected that the comet idea
