The final gams of th billiard tournament at Umpleby & Decker's are creating considerable interest, as the finish Is as close as could be desired in any contest. Three men are tied, at a percentage of .671, and Peltier is lead- ' lngf at .625, having lost the game 'last night, which places the other three men in the running. ' The game last night between Lehman (125i and Peltier (200) was a close one, and was not decided untll , the last billiard had been made by Lehman. At one time Lehman had a strong lead, but Peltier pulled up too, with IB points of the necessary 200 tot wards the finish. The score was 125 to ,185. Tomorrow night when Ingersoll and Kldd play either one of the men will have a chance to tie Peltier for the lead, and the one who looses will drop back to fifth position. . . Th house was prettily decorated In pink and green, carnations being the flowers used. The pink blossoms served as favors at the tables, being placed at tach plate.
