. NEW TURBANS TREMENDOUS IN SIZE. Though the huge hincloo turbans, with yards of velvet draped over the crown, are oxa ggerated in size, these big hats are really quite light in weight, for the frames are of the lightest crinoline, and only the softest, best quality of velvet is used. This turban, like all these draped affairs, sets low over the hair, the head fitting far up into the grown. The trimming of merle breasts and shaded wings adds greatly to the richness of the model.
