"Wirt, president of the Gary Playground association; Mrs. C. O. Wicks, secretary of the club; Superintendent W. A. Wirt of the Gary public schools, and Miss Annette Wan!, instructor In physical culture in the Gary public schools. Everyone present at the festival felt well repaid for their trip. The exhibition was one of the finest ever given. One of the stellar features of the after
noon was the work of South Side boys
who performed an Indian dance. The
girls of Bessemer park also put on the

what interest ho citizens of the town
are taking in heir libraries." Mr. Milam was taken to the corner
of Sixth avenue and Washington street
where the new Library building will most likely be erected. He was very much pleased over the location. The library board 'will meet this afternoon, when the members will discuss the plans and erection of the new library building.
