Sonntag accompanied her as far as Chicago. A PLEASAVT PARTY. Miss Ruth Brennan entertained the members of the "Lustige Vereln" last

evening at her home in Himbach avenue. The party was given as a regular weekly meeting and the members passed a very enjoyable evening with thir embroidery work. At nine o'clock they were served with a daintily arranged three course luncheon in the dining room. tion this morning and took the matter up with Superintendent of Police Peter

(Special) The Calumet Trust & Savings Bank of Gary has been granted a charter by the banking department in the office of the secretary of state of Indiana, to do business in this commonwealth.
